The word Bhakti means devotion.
At its essence, Bhakti yoga is the yoga of devotion, love, and service, but what does that actually mean in modern-day life? I created this weekend-long training to provide a strong foundation of Bhakti yoga for students and teachers.
Goddess Durga will inspire each day through lectures, storytelling, meaningful movement practices, chanting, and meditations. This immersive format allows for a deeper integration of the teachings into your daily life and practice. You will leave feeling grounded, loved, inspired, and rested in a way only Bhakti can provide.
You are welcome to sign up for the entire weekend or individual sessions that suit your schedule and needs.

Becoming a yoga teacher is a special honor and privilege. It will not only help you deepen your personal relationship with yoga, but it will also help you courageously share your love for the practice with others. Our training will provide you with a strong foundation to teach effectively and safely in a vinyasa style setting. It will give you the knowledge and tools needed to lead strategic, heart-felt classes where students can embrace self-acceptance, and step into their own brilliance.
We've worked hard to create a program that will inspire you to share your voice, commit to your practice, and make lifelong connections with your peers. With over 30 years of yoga experience combined; Kelsey Regan, Kelsey Deacon, and Riley Peters are honored to be your guides on this powerful journey.
This is a Yoga Alliance certified 200 RYT.
