Welcome!

Make yourself cozy.

This practice is for you.
This practice is for us.
I am deeply honored and humbled to share the traditions of devotional (Bhakti) yoga with you in an atmosphere of acceptance, community, and, most importantly, love. My highest aim is to help you integrate the teachings into your daily life because I believe the real gem of yoga lies not within a pose but within our ability to foster more complete relationships with ourselves and the world around us.

Leave space for growth.

The world needs you.

Each of us has a unique body of wisdom to pull from. No one has lived the same experiences you have lived, and that makes you uniquely you. The world needs you as you are - raw, vulnerable, perfectly imperfect and still so wonderfully full and complete.  In some ways, you already are a teacher. You have a voice and an impact on the world around you. So how do you want to show up?

Let's Flow!

I offer intentionally sequenced, fluid, and flowy yoga asana classes rooted in Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. My inspirations stem from Pattabhi Jois' Ashtanga yoga method and BKS Iyengar. If you are looking for community, movement, laughing, stillness, connection, and depth, then this may be the place for you!

Charitable Giving: Radha Seva

The small community of Vrindavan, India is home to 20,000 vulnerable widows who have been shunned from society and left without basic resources after the death of their husbands. Radha Seva is a non profit organization that empowers women to engage meaningfully through paid projects like community gardens and maintenance of historical sites and sacred waters. A percentage of the income that I make each month goes to Radha Seva.
